Maneesh ji... Ek saval hein. Mein parso ek model portfolio karne jaa raha hu. Basically ek friendly shoot hein jiske mein kuch jyada charge nahi kar raha hu. Kya mujhe model release paper ki zaroorat hein? Agar hein toh mein sirf mere terms and conditions daal sakta hu ya client ke bhi. Dusri baat collaboration mein dono party ki taraf se payment hoti he kya..?

Sir I am photographer currently I'm working in studio as a photographer but I have to start my own photography business where I will provide photography releated all work like photo, video, photo editing, video editing, and many more and in future as business will grow I have to rent a space and convert into studio will give client for rental usage where I will provide everything like background, props, and camera, and studio light, so I have to ask you this should I get gst number or not because when I will purchase equipment I can use gst no. And take gst credit on that, because everyone is selling equipment in gst bill and I want everything in a proper way
