I can hardly believe I am posting this here, but I simply do not know what else to do. My experience with Whoop has been extremely disappointing so far. The customer support is sluggish and unprofessional. They mistakenly charged me €270, and I am still waiting to get my money back. Although I have received apologies twice, no concrete steps have been taken to resolve the issue. This has been going on for over a month now. I am certain that I will never wear a Whoop product again! Their support quality is no better than what Apple and Nike offer. This is unacceptable. Period.

Impressive achievement but I don't see the benefits compared to a Garmin or Polar Watch. Clearly there are a lot of people who think differently.
