How I ended up on the NSW south coast Ulladulla from the Sydney’s Nth Beaches.
Being diagnosed with major depression since 2015 & dealing with it + how it has affected me.
Dealing with my elderly parents ( Dad has Dementia ) how it affects them both.
What am I doing it the future after looking after mum & Dad.
