I feel like this might need a carb kit. Doesnt seem too happy up top. I had one about 10 years ago that while it wasnt dramatically faster, it definitely was faster than 42mph. I feel like it would bounce off the limiter in 5th around 48-49mph. It was nearly as quick as my brothers 250x and my buddies 2wd 300 fourtrax. Theyd always pull away at the start but once wound out i wouldnt fall behind.

Gearing makes a big difference
