OMG THANK YOU!!!!! I was JUST wondering this!!! Although I work in a vector-based program, I like a brush with texture--my favorite is a ballpoint pen brush in Krita with ruffled edges; I need to figure out how to transfer that over to Blender...I LOVE your brush!!
I'm so glad lineart with texture and character is making a comeback. Have you seen the trailer for the animated movie "look back"? They use lineart that resembles a rough sketch which is very interesting!
I think it looks better and closer to a traditional line, like you would get with a pen on a paper. It also blends well with painted backgrounds (which I paint with pixels).
