Great event coverage. Wow what a turnout. Vintage racing is picking up a bit of steam here in USA 🇺🇸 but not near as big events as you guys have. Keep up the great work spreading the word about the RC Racing hobby.
I wish we had more buggy racing in kansas. We basically have open runs because not enough of a showup. I would like a classic run. We just opened a new club for indoor carpet, which im excited about. I am building a tt02r ATM for it.

Brilliant video! The event looks amazing fun, really enjoyed the live feed of the racing that the organizers had up on YT over the weekend event, I've got a Raider, looks a little sorry for it's self, client saw I was into RC and gave it to me, as he was going to take it down the gun range & shoot it!
@9:36 I used to have an Associated Team Truck back in the day. Mine was even featured in the "Readers Rides" section in the R.C. Car Action magazine back in 1994. Great times.

cool video, my first electric RC car was a Kyosho Raider and moved onto a Lazer ZX and Optima mid custom special when i started racing. always wanted a Procat though :)

I ran the Mugen Mercury with brushed motors, and with the very hot weather and the motor being totally enclosed in the chassis it got so hot that the solder melted on the wires and I resorted to running brushless to be able to finish the races.

My first hobby grade Rc was a Raider. So cool to see one again! After a year I moved on to a Losi JrX2.

Weather is a game changer
How's the motor temps on the cars? Because grass can really cause a lot of heat up in the motors because it's a lot of resistance.
Short grass so temps were low for me could have geared up..

3600 in my Terra scorcher. Victor super hot shot jumps better but I think Terra scorcher handles better.
