am i the only one who felt absolutely nothing in this fight. i did pacifist first, so seeing what ceroba did to her own kid kinda divested all likeability she had-- at least to me. so fighting her here didnt make me sad like how fighting undyne the undying does
I couldn't take her seriously anymore after the reveal during the pacifist fight. They could've probably done anything else with Kanako's demise and it likely would've been better than what they went with.
Just had to make Kanako do the experiment on herself, she saw the tapes and had the syringe. - Ceroba would still feel guilty for not protecting her by some seconds/minutes and letting all the tapes and notes of research scather around. So she would still have the same motivation to get Clover soul and nobody would blame Kanako for it.
Also didn't like how fast she accepted Clover to kill themself and didn't even hug them before Starlo pushed her in. - I would make Clover run to the elevator while nobody was seeing them(they were close to the exit) and them destroy it quicky, so Clover would talk to Asgore in a full pacifist. - That or make you have a choice to give your soul or go to Asgore(because the cutscene was showing 2 diferent points) and if you chose to just give up your soul at least Ceroba would fight more the idea... And if you wanted it to go dark, make Clocer kill themself with a gunshot after no one accept the idea.
