- SEAT celebrates the 40th anniversary of the Ibiza, the brand’s most iconic model, with a limited edition called “Anniversary”. Named after the island of Ibiza, it was a turning point for the company’s success and has sold over six million units over five generations since 1984.
The first-generation SEAT Ibiza was the first vehicle developed by the brand without the assistance of a technological partner, drawing on internal expertise and that of partners in Giorgetto Giugiaro for the exterior design, Karmann for the interior design and Porsche for the powertrain.
Since its introduction in 1984, it became a benchmark in the market while also paving the way for SEAT’s success as it worked to grow its position as a global company, delivering vehicles to markets across the world.
SEAT CEO Wayne Griffiths commented, “The success of the iconic Ibiza meant that some countries recognised the vehicle even before the brand! The SEAT brand currently has the best product range in its history and is now stronger than ever. With the challenge of sourcing semiconductors normalising, sales have grown 24% in 2023, reaching 288,400 cars delivered.”
The SEAT Ibiza Anniversary Limited Edition will feature new equipment, as well as a new alloy wheel and design cues.
The vehicle’s exterior design benefits from the exclusive Graphene Grey colour on the body and Cosmo Grey on the 18” alloy wheels, as well as the standout lasered “Anniversary Limited Edition” logo on the car’s B-pillar. While inside, the cabin is given a new twist with the introduction of exclusive textile Bucket seats, giving front occupants a new level of dynamism and comfort, a new Dark aluminium matt finish for the door and console, as well as a lasered “Anniversary Limited Edition” logo on the doorstep.
SEAT UK has also introduced the SEAT Arona FR Limited Edition, offering bespoke styling options and a premium BeatsAudioTM sound system.
The Limited Edition is available to order now, priced from £27,480 OTR, and will be available with 1.0 TSI 115PS and 1.0 TSI DSG 115PS powertrains.
Drawing the eye, the exterior showcases exclusive 18-inch machined wheels in Cosmo Grey, as well as an optional new Graphene Grey paint colour, which is otherwise unavailable on Arona models.
The SEAT Arona FR Limited Edition also features a premium BeatsAudioTM sound system, as well as several additions to the vehicle’s technology offering, including a 10-inch Digital Cockpit, Park Assist, Keyless Entry & Go, and a rear-view camera.
To further enhance the driving experience, the Limited Edition’s interior includes Sports cloth bucket seats for a comfortable and dynamic feel.

Does it come with ambient lights on doors panel? Also what are the possible lights color of the airvents? The typical red and white?
Colours are the same on the airvents throughout. There isnt any choice of ambient lighting.
Thanks for the video. I am an ex long term Ibiza owner (15 yrs) but i wont buy the new model as i think they have well fallen behind the best. Personally i would look at the new faced lifted Clio Alpine.

Perhaps one of our CUPRA models would be more suitable for you if you need more power.
Just a golf or polo. The originals were different to the rest, now it’s just VAG group under multiple names, Skoda,VW, Audi,Seat. All the same car with slightly different bits here and there but, all will have a VW or Audi stamp on parts u dear the bonnet.
