Senior Tories have stepped up criticism of Starmer in interviews and on social media after he said in a Virgin Radio interview that he avoids working after 6pm on Fridays to spend time with his family. The Tories also came under fire from those pointing out that Starmer’s wife, Victoria, is Jewish and that the family observe traditional Shabbat dinners on Friday nights

@@polarisnorth4875 Starmer is expecting everyone else, especially those in the NHS, to work longer hours but he himself wants to stop in on a Friday after 6pm so he can have a nice long weekend with the fam. What a fine example he will be setting others...
