LOL my son when he was a baby loved Hooster's because the waitresses loved him as a cute baby so on his 1st birthday almost 20 years ago, we celebrated his 1st birthday there. His dad bought their calendar & the waitresses that were in the calendar signed it for my 1 year old son & he got his cheeks kissed by them. The women in Hoosters are made to wear that outfit if they want the job.
