As someone who sleep 5 hours/day when i have to go to Univeristy, I have to say that u definitely need to fix your schedule and kind of stop to think that you have to push yourself in order to get what you want to get. First because that will definitely grind you at the end of the day, second because u don't need to do all of this to go where you want to go. You can work 1 hour and get things done, you can work the whole day and get nothing out of it, it happens. And that's okay but it does not have to be an habit. So, slow down a bit, sleep a bit more than that (because my uni friends are already telling me to stop my bullshit and they are kind of right) and get time for you, don't do too much because sometimes thats doing too much that will make you fail. So, really, slow down.

this was really my condition for the last 2 years, and i gained nothing at all except stress, my body being weak, and my confidence clashed. we all are humans, we need balance and dont compare your self improvement on the basis on those motivation guys on insta or anything, you have your own pace and youll improve in this journey. sleep well because we underestimate this little thing on how well this can impact our lives. dont worry youll still do well. keep a balance and live your life. youre doing amazing trust me. keep figuring out life on your own pace

    hey bro :)
    just graduated last May
I remember when I grinded so hard for university thinking my entire life hinged on it
needless to say, I burned out the summer after and ended up playing Minecraft for 4 months
your intuition is telling you something much deeper than the monotony of accomplishing tasks
    life will forever be tasks
if you can see through the illusive promise of tasks (while still striving to build your best, most fulfilling life)... this attitude changed everything for me
    Much love

Take care of yourself and try to get as much rest as you can! University workload is always draining so I understand how you feel. The years are really tough but when you start working, it feels good not having to study constantly for impending assessments. Thanks for always motivating us, and know that we're always cheering you on from the other side of the screen!
p.s. as a fellow subscriber, just wanted you to know that your videos have always turned out great and the content is meaningful so please don't lose your sleep over it :D
