Prasad ji acquiring the existing Plants / manufacturing Co is not big deal for Adanis
If India really wants to grow and create new employment it should be a green field project (s) especially the Cement n Steel Manufacturing Cos..
This *Aquisition* will not help in general for new employments on the contrary Adani may reduce/cut jobs to increase profit..

Think from Business Point of View... If Adani would had setup a Plant and Provided Employment... and would have not performed well then all these People had lost Job. That new corporation will incqur heavy losses. Will File Bankruptcy and again a NPA for Banks. Loss of Investors 🙃.
@@justanintellect7760 I m not against any mergers n acquisitions per se.. But these type of huge buyouts investments that too from a powerful business house doesn't make any common good for general public even not all investors may benefit
This is not called Growth of (Indian) Economy
The combining of the two companies will create huge leverages for Adani group. The two companies have cement plants in similar areas in a few places. Adani may sell one of the plants, increase the capacity of other and excess cash which can be invested to cover the eastern and western region of India. So new plants will be set-up but in a later stage.
