could just leave the compound, then run right in the sea and swim out with a rebreather, feel getting a boat is bit of waste of time since you can kill the first guy for a bike as you leave the compound, go left on the bike until you go over a hill and should see the sea and just swim and go underwater if your being chased, i feel by the time you get the boat in the video as you shown, your already in the sea close to escaping by swimming by the time you get the boat, but this is just how i do, i just found swimming it to be easier then just leaving the compound to get a boat
