I heard Chuck Woolery in a interview a long time ago he was I think in his 50s. He said his dad and grandpa both died in their early 50s. He was concerned that that would happen to him too because he was coming up on that age. So he changed his lifestyle so he could live past his dad and grandpa and he did it. As a matter of fact I think WOF is the only active game show to have aired consecutive seasons without a break since it's debut nearly 50 years ago. All the others such as The Price Is Right, Jeopardy & Family Feud were later revived with different hosts and/or under different formats. R.I.P Chuck Woolery. Still, that means that I watched him on two different shows as a kid! Such a pity he went off the deep end in later life, but when I was a kid we didn't know any of that and he was a lot of fun to watch.

I read an article about Football players, that they can have head injuries that cause different brain dysfunctions. My cousin was a popular boxer back in the day but he lived to be 92 years old. He wasn't in boxing as a profession for a long time though. Also boxers can get something called Punch Drunk. My condolences to the family and loved ones. These videos are very respectful of these legendary people and their legacies. Very accurate compared to some other channels. Thanks so much.
As for Earl Holiman? Acting like many professions can be very rewarding, artistically & financially. But the costs can be equally as high. Months away from home at a time. Location shoots from early dawn till late at night. Temperamental artistic types, pressures to stay on budget and on schedule, it all adds up! He did it well.

I remember as a high school freshman/sophomore football player in the 70's i was a Defensive Lineman, and our starting front 4 gave ourselves NFL players names on our helmets, The 2 Defensive Ends had Tommy Hart and LC Greenwood from the Steelers on their helmets and i had Alan Page- Vikings on my helmet and my Fellow Defensive tackle had Raiders- Otis Sistrunk on his helmet.
