put it in pairing mode then they'll pop up in teh bluetooth menu !! to put it in pairing mode just press&hold the power/on button for 5 seconds, then let go & the lights shud flicker on n off, meaning its in pairing mode.
You guys need to design these better. You’re charging 300 dollars for these things and they brake so easily. So many people have had issues with these headphones. All of those problems could have been prevented with a little extra care. Guess this is why Apple is a 2 trillion dollar company. They over charge for faulty products.

My studio 3s will blink the white leds then it’ll blink one red one each time. It’ll connect for maybe 15 seconds, then disconnect every time. It’ll do this when it’s fully charged too, I got these Christmas 2017.

Anyone else having a problem with the Solo 3 where the headset is registering as off and behaving as off but will connect to a device and act as an audio output?
Oh thank god it worked! My headphones wouldn't play sound but still made noises when turning on and even connecting to my phone. They still worked with the actual cord, but just not bluetooth. Make sure you're pressing the right down button!! I sat here for a good 5 minutes pressing the wrong button on the volume side and I was so sure it wasn't working.
I got my beats yesterday because my grandma gave me money and I spent all of my money on these but there is a clicking sound that comes up every once in a while and it’s making me sad that I spend my money on headphones I do exited for that don’t work great 😭

I figured it out, let the battery drain completely. Till theres only a red light when you try turn them on. Wait a few hours and then charge them up. I did this with mine and they started working.

Unplug then count to ten like the video says. Don’t wait for the light take your fingers off at ten. It will reset and should show your actual battery percentage after that

I completely lost sound in the right ear. I've reset them and no difference. The headphones are almost brand new and have never been dropped or twisted. Any suggestions?
Same thing happened to me, if factory reset doesn't work, go in store. I got mine replaced completely for free
@@evantzikas8019 Its been a month since you posted this so I doubt you are still looking for help on this, but at least for anyone else who is reading the comments looking for some help.
The Beats have a known glitch where they will somehow change the audio settings on some devices (i.e. mac pro) to only display sound out of one earphone. You can edit this by going into sound preferences on these devices and making sure the balance is set to the middle, and not either side.
Im not sure how the beats do this on their own, but I have seen it several times now. Best of luck!

I had to disconnect from the library Wi-Fi and follow your steps to fix it. It was acting weird at work too. I think my student's try to pair with my headphones which kicks me off. Used to be able to pause and play using the button on the headset, now it's not working, did the reset and still not working.
mine are just staying on they dont shut off the button isnt doing anything to them and they just stay on im going to to see if they will jsut run out of battery to ssee if that works

Hey I need help,my beats have sat for atleast 3 years now since they broke and now when I go to charge them the lights aren't comming on at all.
Dude, I have had 2 pair of beats, in half a year both right sides broke. I was casually chilling on a chair when it started making static noise and now the right side doesn’t work, yes there’s warranty but do you think people are gonna have the dumb receipt after that long. I’m not paying 150 dollars just to fix it for another half year until it breaks again. Low quality headphones, never buying any apple audio products again. NEVER AGAIN.
My solo pro play pause button doesn’t feel the same as my volume buttons and I have to press a VERY specific spot on the middle to play pause. Is that how it should be or no?

Definitely not a factory reset, otherwise it would erasexall information attached to your headset (e.g. what you have named the headset, which wasn't erased when I took this step in attempts to fix several issues).
I’ve had my studio 3s just over a year and they’ve been good until now. The sound on every song is slightly fuzzy but very noticeable ;(
i have the exact same issues. The sound is muffled rn out of blue. it's just plain annoying.

Guys i dont know why i just resetted my solo3 Yesterday and it worked, the weird thing is that i already tried to reset like 20 times so i dont know why this time it worked, u have probably to try all possible things like disconnecting your headphone from your device before/after resetting or little things as that...what i can say is my volume is back to how it should be now 😁

If the sound is clean on both ears, there should be no damage i think

Got these beats by Dr. Dre about five months ago and then I noticed last week the right side stopped working which was fine at least the left side work so I was able to control my volume in music and all of a sudden they will turn on and won’t stay on they just shut off immediately
I have a problem with mine. When I put them to charge the buttons pop up, but when I disconnect the wire they don’t work at all.
Battery is bad. You can probably find a video on you tube on how to change them for cheap.

My beats disconnected partly, sounds like i'm listening to something from afar distance, almost sounding third person. I'm still connected but its very poor sound. I've tried the various resets. Seems to be no solution

How are we able to fix one side if it isn’t working?
Did this 20x but when on the charger it only shows one light blinking but that’s it never goes up. Can’t turn it on because it flashes red like it’s dead but been on the plug all night

We managed to connect to a PC and update firmware to latest, and Beats website shows both custom name of headset and 100% charged, but as soon as we disconnect cable it won't turn on, pair, reset etc. - nothing, no lights at all. It worked until yesterday, then all of a sudden it no longer works.

I have my Solo 3 gloss black after 1 year paint is peeling from both sides and the pads do the same, what a quality. obviously this is not covered in the warranty. 5 hours dayli use inside office. No workout, no direct sunlight, no water splits. :(

You make products that are not quality on Windows you have to choose between the microphone or the stereo sound if you want to do both at the same time it worse stereo function

You can adjust that setting by connecting to a bluetooth apple device.

You have to connect to a bluetooth or wired device. Try connecting to a computer with the aux cord.

Now the power button won't turn my beats on the down button turns my beats on, it will flash white and red then stays at red, I press the down button(without pressing the power button) and goes to white with full bars and won't connect

There's bass in them, but the Beats Studio3 was not overloaded with bass, but Apple went for a more balanced out sound experience.
