I generally fish for Redfish, someone told me you can't get Sheepshead with circle hooks , is that true ?

Man I used to say the same thing about circle hooks ... But I have seen a few expert sheepshead fisherman right there at the inlet only using circle hooks... I use j hooks .. and they catch plenty fish too

If u are looking to fish the beach the best place is near or around the pier.... for the intercoastal waters here are a few good spots ... BINGS LANDING ( there is a bait shop across the street ) ... Pier under 100 bridge ( bait shop is nearby) ... WATERFRONT PARK & HERCHELL KING PARK is good if u fishing with family because they have play parks ... MATANZAS Inlet is just on the outside of Flagler in St Augustine ... also High Bridge is a good spot for snook at night
