What a wonderful discovery to add to our holiday! I live in Rochester, NY on the shore of Lake Ontario where Groundhog Day is big (we call them woodchucks and they are everywhere hibernating). There is no sign of spring, we're deep in winter, the ground is frozen solid, ice layers streets and snow on the ground. It's been snowing hard all day, the sound of plows will go all night. This is a time for candles and dreaming of spring to come. We modify our Imobolc to be all about candles & light.
This will be a very special Imbolc for me this year. I will be planning my very first garden in my very own home this year for the first time in my life. Now I can put more dreams into action...
I am a midsummer soul and the cold, dark of this part of winter weighs me down. This little video was just the thing I needed to see today to raise my spirits. Thanx!
Imbolc will always be a very special Sabbat for me because it was on Imbolc three years ago that I started walking this path. It was during my celebration of Imbolc that year that I first felt the Goddess and recognized Her for who She was. I love your videos, and they make me remember that feeling I had as I saw all of the candles lit that day.
