well if ur lvl above 50 and have like a mythical , Kings rod or trident I recomend u to Try completing the bestiary and get a key of vertigo and go inside and Try grinding there

I recommend using Insight enchant if you are farming for EXP and yes the forsaken has 2 places to get EXP, Its either in the waterfalls or behind the forsaken shores where Golden Sea Horses spawns (You can use a radar to find where the abundance is, but overall the Golden Sea Horse has a wide abundance range.)

Though the atlantean mutation is only around 3x value increase in comparison to the aurora 6.5x, you will be getting atlantean a lot more, and it is especially more worth it due to the trident's 150% luck, compared to aurora's 60% luck, meaning you will be more likely to catch rarer fish. Though, aurora rod is probably the best money-maker during aurora events. I'm not sure how it compares with the rod of the depths in that.
