Thank you for this no dialogue version. How many of you know there is an alternate ending, with Rex Manning joining them up there for a jam session of his single, "Say No More, Mon Amour"? I do believe I've seen it online in the past, but no luck this time. Rex smiling as he hits the guitar part harder than the single is a nice touch.

I first saw empire records some several years back and all i saw was the ending and i fell in love with coyote shivers and for the next several years i saw bits and pieces of the movie till finally one day i saw it was coming on and set the dvr
i had this on my ipod at a party & my ipod was put on shuffle which is always a risky game then this came on & it was just about my biggest win moment that whole year.
Oh BTW I'm back a day later listening to this and this is the only version of the song as far as I am concerned. Rennee rocked it and this moment was epic in its time.
GREAT job! I've tried to do something similar, but had a problem matching the two audio levels. You've inspired me to try again. What has always bugged me is that you know that the audio recording of the movie version of this song has to exist SOMEWHERE. They didn't record the audio on the set, they surely did it in a studio. I keep hoping they will release it one day. Actually, except for the fact that it doesn't have Renee' Zelweger's vocals in it, I prefer the album version.
