We'll answer this one out-of-character for maximum information.
I and the majority of other creators I work with use a program called Karaoke Builder Studio to create the lyric swipes. That's just one of a few options available though. Some of us just export that swipe and our audio to a video and call it a day. It works just fine that way. Others (self included) like to be extra and overlay the lyric video over a background of some sort using commonly available video editing software.
