I don't know how much the NBA refs get paid but why doesn't the League that pays for the league not hire real NBA refs. In the NFL, the refs are judged by their last game and are rated. They need an expert Referee as the final word on challenged calls and missed calls. If this sham of Referees continues, we will lose interest. IE: The Finals fake foul call and non traveling call. That gave the Liberty the liberty of taking it into overtime. Sheryll Reeves was one of the reasons that CC22 didn't make the Olympics. Karma? Restitution? Maybe. But I did feel bad for Napheesa Collier who I admire for her class, professional demeanor and talent.
The referees should be investigated for helping to fix the outcome of games, either on their own or they are carrying out the league's directions. You can't have three referees watching very obvious FLAGRANT fouls taking place right in front of these referees' eyes without these fouls being called and chalking it up to just incompetence.
I never watched WNBA before Catli n Clark. I definitly follow her now. My question is about the people that play with Catlin on her team. In the championship rounds The players on her team seemed to forget the up tempo flow that makes catlin great. .They started missing throws, passes, layups and straight shots. It seems that the ball was deflating and the energy of the team quit but catlin didn't stop . She tried to win as a one person leader player and team single player efforts. It was sad to see that all of her teammates were on the take to stop catlin from winning.I would definitly pay attention to fellow players and their loyalty to the FEVER team. john v.

We could be looking at 4 scoring threats in Clark, Mitchell, Boston, and Plum, with Hull's marksmanship for 3's as well. The Fever would still need a power forward, a 'thug', if you will, to protect Clark and the others. I don't live anywhere near Indiana, (Mountain Time Zone) and yet I'm excited for Clark & The Fever.

Let that fact seep in. It's never been done by any other person ever at any point in their career. She created a record that most career players couldn't amass in a lifetime of playing as a professional, and she did it her first season as a pro. That's why she has a massive fan base. She's humble and off the charts talented.
