Ajoy is a classical example of this process. Like Bengal is still the custodian of Sanatan religion, Bengali will be preserved in India.

@@ShaktiBodhOfficial As for your India-Pakistan, you should stop feeling inferior to the 1000 year Muslim rule. As for language, all languages are prakrit based, Vedic, Sanskrit, Pali, Bengali all. Of these Gujrati prakrit is represented by its Bengali and its forgotten variety of Gauda culture, custodian of the original prakrit.
