I checked it, internet is working properly in our laptop and over our phone, I then restarted the NVR, thereby out of three phones , in two of the phones it is showing that device connection timed out, please check it's network connection, on the third phone, out of 4 cameras two cameras are showing device offline please check its network connection and two cameras are showing properly..
NVR new hai ya old ? Customer care number pe call karo aur ye problem batao, jaha tak mera experience hai, Firmware update karna padega. (If all parameters are ok, like lan cable jo wifi router se NVR mein connect Kiya hai; Poe Switch ok hai .......)

Actually aap ne 1st app mein add Kiya fir uske baad 2nd mobile pe b view karna hai to 1st wala user name and password se hi 2nd mobile app pe login karo

It is new one, we installed it just three days back...

USME FAST FORWARD KARNE KA OPTION DISABLE HAI
CONNECT ME SHIFT KAR SAKTE HAI KYA
Hik connect app try karo agar hik connect mein b nai ho raha hai to EZVIZ app mein video 10 sec forward kar sakte hai .
