Simple: Money. Howard wants the money from future contracts without any effort or good content. He is deathly afraid of being “canceled” by a generation that doesn’t even know that he exists. He wants to be accepted and taken serious, but it’s too bad that we have literal decades of his true self on tape
Perhaps Howard was always a little phony inside. Throughout decades, maybe he secretly just wanted to be accepted by the Hollywood scene. He was salty because most of them thought that he was gross, so he "rebelled" even more on air. Fast forward until the post Sirius on demand era, he started becoming better friends with some of these guys, and now he cares way more about these people than his old fans. Maybe what we're hearing these days is the real him instead of the "wacky personality on the radio".
I love how Artie said he’s going to make everyone hate him and stop calling him and now that’s his reality and he’s upset Gary and Howard don’t want shit to do with him
That’s really cool of Charlie to not take the bait on anyone. I get that it’s good gossip and at the time everyone wanted to know wtf happened to Dave, but Charlie is there for him and isn’t going to ruin relationships so Howard can get a good show. It’s funny to think how Stern today would never be this pushy or dedicated to the story
Artie made this show hes a big reason I got into it as much as I did and THE reason I stopped listening when he left....but gd is he sensitive. As an addict we r great at manipulation and that's what arties doing to gary and everyone else. Somehow they r the @$$hole$ in the situation
They bring George on and talk about Robin playing with her giblets and having babies with some dude on the phone and then just try destroying George’s marriage…
I really don’t like Howard giving George Takei a hard time about his relationship and his financial issues. It’s hurts. George is such a kind and gentle soul, it seems harsh for entertainment purposes.
I wouldn’t mind as much if Howard wouldn’t have totally shut down when someone questioned his relationship. Like if you are too hurt to talk about touchy subjects, you shouldn’t expect your guest to
George was with his partner for many years. At a certain point they earned half of the assets anyway. Most people that are healthy recognize that just splitting everything is much cheaper than fighting with attorneys and both being screwed
I liked Charlie but he's lying his ass off to seem like he still had some small IN when Chapelle. Dave hadn't "spoke to him a few times" since the show ended and Dave definitely didn't invite him out halfway across the world and Charlie just didn't wanna do it yeah ok
Artie literally says in his book "Lie about everything and then lie some more..." 😅
This show should be studied for how something so perfect can have such a fall from grace. This era is the best thing to hit the airwaves.

Robin shouldn't be giving anyone marriage advice.
You shouldn’t be giving anyone advice on what they’re allowed to say

Charlie Murphy was so cool
I wonder how Lisa G felt when she was fired
I'd pay good money to see the stupid look on her face. F Lisa
Was way way way over due. She brought nothing to the show and was so difficult
She could no longer take shits at work. Take shits at work. Take shits at work.
And full of herself @@Slick420Pgh
I hope she got reimbursed for her coca cola and cat sitter.

But it lead to George and Brad having a 20 year overdue conversation.

Sterns calling spice girl a gold digger for hypothetically expecting the father to pay anything for the baby…

It's all about the money I noticed all these channels that had loyal audience start just showing Howard Stern content just for money it is sad

can these adds stop . i resent any company making me watch 2:15 of pointless content
