This was incredible! I got a little confused at first and put all my questions on the same first canvas that was created and answers on separate ones but eventually figured out that I needed to put each separate question and answer on an individual canvas!

It can DEFINITELY be confusing! It is one of the more confusing things to do in Showit, so way to go!

Hello Lorin! Did you figure it out (sorry it took me a hot minute to respond). I would reach out to the chat box on the bottom right of your Showit builder.

Hi! This is so helpful. However, whenever I go to click my icon to hide the answer again, it just flashes and disappears quickly. I am not sure what I'm doing wrong!! I have followed the instructions but for some reason it still isn't working properly...

Hello Natalie, I am glad you found it to be helpful. So do you not want it to disappear when you click the X to hide it? Just trying to fully understand. Also as a side note, reaching out to Showit with the little chat box in the bottom right is SUPER helpful! They are very responsive (much better than my response time haha) and kind!

Did you get this figured out? I recorded a Loom video and tried to explain better! www.loom.com/share/bc5e5cbc0d444370999ee62fd31e29e2

Hi! This was super helpful! I was just wondering two things. Firstly, after I open and close my question the arrow remains upward meaning I cant open it again, do you have any idea why this could be? Secondly, I was wondering if you could do the iPhone view version of this. When I open the phone part of my website it looks crazy and not quite sure how to fit it.

I am glad you found it to be helpful! Are you putting your questions on separate canvases? As well as your answers on separate canvases. Here is a loom I recorded for ya - hopefully it helps!! www.loom.com/share/bc5e5cbc0d444370999ee62fd31e29e2

So, my only question is this: when a viewer clicks the question, then minimizes it, there is no way for them to go back and click down again because now the icon is on View 2. I want them to be able to open and reopen everything. Any suggestions?

They should be able to click down again because it goes back to view 1. Does it not work on your end? Try taking a video of what is going on and posting it in the Facebook group Showit and Squarespace for Creatives and I can help you there to see more what you mean!
