Waooooo..que espectáculo..siempre un pastel más bello que otro. Comenzando desde el frisado (una crema que se ve super sedosa), el fondant, las figuras modeladas, las flores y los detalles en pintura son toda una sensación. Siempre mi aplauso de pie..me fascina como trabajan la repostería.

Hi po, mraming salamat , gamit rolled fondant , satin ice brand , nilagyan ko ng tylose powder or cmc yung fondant after kulayan , takes 1 to 2 days pra mas matigas yung fondant , pede rin nmn kyo gumamit ng gumpaste pero kailangan p rin lagyan ng cmc pra mas secured yung neck
