This is actually pretty inspiring considering its non-RT/PT and running on a mid-tier graphics card from a few years ago. So many of the cyberpunk realism setups seem unattainable unless you have a $3000 PC and a 4k monitor, but this one shows that you can seriously change the Cyberpunk graphical experience to suit your personal tastes without needing to go all out on RT/PT.
Good reshade, not one I would use as I'm depressed enough but besides being depressing it looks good.
Looks more realistic, yes. But it is not for the better...

I play all my games on a 2060 in 2k and almost maxed out.
Like hogwarts,sons of the forest, High on life,The finals, RDR2, Ready or not etc ... Just never touch the RT options, and u good :D

This game is in the future ... Its possible the clima will change a lot... No wonder if it will rain all day :) Humans destroyed the nice sunny california clima...:P
@@shinyreshades4653 That's as it may be, but I don't think it's canon for the source material (there's rain in the source material but it's mostly during atmospheric night-time shenanigans :) ). The "noir" side of cyberpunk - the Bladerunneresque vibe - has never been the _only_ setting for cyberpunk stuff. Much of Neuromancer, for example, takes place in normal weather :) ).
And if you go right back to one of the most influential things in the genre in its early days, Judge Dredd's Mega City One in the UK comic 2000AD from that late 70s, that was mostly sunny, a very similar vibe to vanilla CP2077 (unsurprisingly, because there's some homage to Mega City One in both the source material and in the game).

Replace Nova Lut with EDGE Lut
High settings with Raytracting no Pathtracing already seems realistic enough to me on this game, very impressive looking with my RX6750XT and Ryzen 5 3600x (I know I need a new CPU). This may look a bit more realistic but it looks more sad, suppose that fits such a horrible city, cool mod though just not my preffered pallet. Excited to see what CDPR does with the Cyberpunk series going forward, hopefully they learned from Launch not to release the game and fix it later, much better to release a finished product, like how the game is now, hopefully it will look more realistic and have more places than just the Night City and the Badlands, as big as they are already.
I waited ca. 1 year, till i bought and played CP 2077 ... So , my release was super ...never had a major bug , or a bad looking game.
I just skipped all that...and started with an awesome game :D
Every make x game more realistic either has a paywalled reshade mod that just makes the saturation unbearable, real world car brands, and/or played on a expensive computer

What he said is complete BS :D ...all mods like nova Lut, GITS, EDGE LUT are FREE .... My Reshades are also FREE.

Heiliges Kanonenrohr! Makes me curious how good it would look with path tracing on. Given there's some large scale global illumination baked in anyway, casual gameplay probably won't make a huge difference but smaller areas or cutscenes would be hard to distinguish from real life
