At first I didn't get it, then later when Yibo ask Henry the final question again I finally understood it.
The answer is the amount of sound/words in a sentence/question they ask.
You don’t count how many claps, you actually have to count how many WORDS there are in the sentence. For example, “How many horses are there?” 5 horses because there were 5 words in the sentence.
