I'm a young Italian student in the process of fulfilling his automotive dream in the Motor Valley. Seeing all the small companies putting so much love and attention on everything they do make me even prouder than before and this shows how Italian are amongst the best people in the world despite all the difficulties companies go through. I also appreciate your intention of showing that beautiful side; cheers from Italy.
I'm a professional restorer, is why i hit the watch button, but stayed for the lovely looking bags, food and other stuff.. (you don't need a car being restored down in Italy to need an excuse to visit!!) GO!! it's a wonderful place (I'm from the UK) If you come here to check on your car being restored and have fish and chips locally... it's cool, but it's not eating in a stunning restaurant in the home of Italian cars. Passion!! for sure! I have passion for what i do.. because of people who pushed the boundaries back in the day. The tradition of people there, from the vinegar to the making of things.. They found a good way that they like and kept it going.
Top notch content! The attic full of vinegar made me laugh, there isn't a loft or an attic anywhere in that region that isn't full of "the best" balsamico!
All I can say is, THANK YOU. This video generated unexpected emotion and I now need to visit Motor Valley. Superb craftsmanship. Unmatched passion. Unlimited stories. Just wow. 🙏🏾
Tortellini on Christmas in Italy is absolutely the best thing. Closely followed by a steak cooked in the fireplace. And lots of wine. And the kids spending the night at grandpas house! Great video!!
My great-grandmother and great-grandfather came through Ellis Island from Italy. Always love the passion Italians bring to everything ❤❤🇮🇹🇮🇹 I would have to worm my non ethnic friends prior to coming to the house. I'd say, nobody is fighting they're just talking. Hands flying around while telling a story. Love that stuff!
For me the level of your videos are at the top of the YT automotive game. The behind the scenes attention to detail, taste, subject matter outstanding. Was on the lookout for John or any part of the crew at Concorso Italiano (Mr. Balboni was there), the various auction houses, the Lodge, (didn't have the funds for the Quail), 17 Mi drive, but to no avail- I have faith it will happen when the time is right-Molte Grazie!
Thank you for doing this... Great concept and it's not lost on many of us that you guys, even as you grow your business, take the time to appreciate those that helped forge this industry. Well done...
I was 18 first time I took a backpack and I went to that area just to inmerse myself in that area of Italy that for me represents love for sport cars like any other place in the world. Sadly I never managed to step in on such a sophisticated circle and I currently design cars in China (mainly electric SUVs, far away from this). But I still try to go around that area whenever I have the chance and defenetely are the histories from that zone what keeps me working and inspired.
Your videos are absolutely amazing. I'm more passionate about these cars after watching your passion for them! Love every video. They're only getting better. ❤❤❤
What a great insight into the other important manufacturers we all know about but never get to see. Well done and thank you. Can’t wait for the follow up.
Great video! It captures exactly what I always admire when I get to visit all these companies, the enormous passion everyone has! Looking forward to being back in the area in a few weeks time to see some of these cars
When you go back next will you have a chance to visit Tappezzeria Luppi? I know they are one of the top interior restoration places in motor valley. I had them do my 308, and their work was top notch. Would be quite cool to see inside.
Pity that other companies aren't keeping the Bugatti factory in good condition would be cool to use that old Bugatti factory as a storage and restoration facility for Bugatti's, imagine having multiple Bugatti's from around the world there just for storage engineers driving your car to test it and take it out once a week around the factory just so it runs to temp and then idles for a few minutes it would be absurd seeing EB110's , Veyrons and Chirons from around the world being stored and preserved there
I am totally outside this kind of excellence. However from my knowledge the quality of older cars, especially Ferrari was of questionable quality (durability) which to my understanding makes it even more challenging to rebuild it to originality with improved reliability/durability if the customer wants to enjoy the car for its intended purpose and not jut^st for a Pebble Beach show off.. So for me restomod means original idea realized with the possibilities of todays manufacturing capabilities and optional different materials/electronics.
It must have been dreamy to be around Maranello when Michael was there winning, No smartphones just people living their lives!
the stuff dreams are made of!

Really good job!!!

Thank you!!
More youtube channels should be doing this type of content.
We definitely plan to do more like this!
The way the presenter said Chichester at the start is wild 😂
Ok ok,, this transplanted NY'er butchered the name! 🤦🏻♂️... no disrespect to the residents of that fine place ❤
stunning video
That will be cool AF when done!!!
More of this please. ❤

Thanks for the suggestion! We'll see if we can add it to our next visit. In the meantime, enjoy that 308!!

there are talks of it becoming a museum!
@@WeAreCurated thank God because it's the most beautiful factory ever
I like the way he says tortellini
Thought this weeks video would be on clk gtr roadster?
Next week!
wow those leather people are real artisans.
Indeed! We were blown away
As soon as I saw that roll bar I knew it was an F333 SP.
💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
How is Curated not bigger?
👌
The f50 restorer has a genius level iq
I feel like the music was a bit overpowering but otherwise, a great watch

When you mentioned his shoe. I thought he owned an Enzo.
Where is Cheechersterr?
It's all bout the Money.
Funny, fixing the shoe makers shoe.
hahaha didn't even notice! that's a good one
LOL its Chichester. Not Chee chester. Its pronounced chicher-stuh
audi s1 quattro
Hard watch tbh
We don’t need a pieced together story, just let the notable characters tell their own story instead…
This is a behind the scenes of our trip. The full documentary will come out next year after a couple more visits
Looks like expensive junk.
3:40 this is the most Italian man to have ever lived 😂 I love it.
That factory is amazing, a shame to see it in such poor shape.
