INGREDIENTS
for a 24 to 26 cm mold
3 eggs
150 gr sugar
120 ml oil (I used sunflower)
170 ml coffee (whatever you like and make sure it is strong)
250 gr 0000 or all-purpose flour
2 tsp instant coffee (optional but great to enhance the flavor)
Oven at 170ºC for 30 minutes, check if it is inserted with a toothpick, it must come out clean.
