Small correction. All balconies are not 6 feet, clearly. Living room balcony is 9-10 ft. Guest Bedroom balcony is about 4 feet and master bedroom about 5 feet wide. Rest of the presentation was immaculate.
Maid is not some untouchables, if your guests can eat what the maid cooks and can stay in the room where the maid cleaned the house, indeed there is no issue if your guests see the maid
