Dominick Ray it depends cuz not all iphones are unlocked but depending on what type of network the carrier uses gsm or cdma......but i believe u can pay some type of fee to get it factory unlocked

How did you get one factory unlocked in the states its only carrier models
I bought at the Apple store. Here in Canada if you buy outright from Apple it is unlocked. I believe it's the same in the US. Not sure thought.

Oddly I picked up my iPhone 7 Plus in Gold 128GB at the Southgate Apple Store in Edmonton. I was lucky to pick up in store!
That's awesome. All they told me was the stock on the black that I got. But yes, the Plus version was extremely limited.
