Phys for spikes and charge, I would guess. Creeps also seem to just hit with phys since no animation / status effect is placed on the player.

Give some context for a D2 player that only dabbles in MXL as a mod
New boss introduced in S10 which released on Friday, Tier 2 so highest difficulty.
Took 5 months to add some random boss that doesn't fit anywhere ( lore-wise) in the game. Basically a punching bag for end game characters.
