Auto Start Race Capture Tablet on Power Up

My Fire tablet gives me a permissions error when I try to save the boot rule, but no option to "allow." Did you come across this?

When I initially created the rule, it told me I needed to give it permissions and I did.

Disable screen lock was messing me up, I think because I have an Ads based Fire.
