Thanks ade the pond itself is actually finished now but the fish are being treated for parasites before they get transferred as its much cheaper to treat a 2k vat than a 11.5k pond 🤣 once that's done there going in 😍

Haha the window was the easy bit for me it was the pipe work that was a nightmare for me 🤣 fish will be in there soon enough 👍

Great Jamie, that’s given me a bit of confidence to plan mine. It’s going to be a retrofit so I will have to drain down pond , move fish and cut sleepers, on the positive side my box weld liner is well shaped and stretched by now. I’ll keep in touch and give you a shout if I want to clarify anything. Won’t be for a couple of months yet👍Great vid

@@westcliffkoipond6786 thanks bud and yeh I took it out of the pond the other day but I've been so busy at work I haven't had the time to disconnect it from the switch box and give it a clean but hopefully I'll get some time this weekend when I can do it 👍
Great update Jamie...I ended up sealing the liner straight to window and worked well....the first attempt (glass over the liner) leaked badly! Costly mistake as had to get a new liner!
To be honest thats why i did it this way as the liner wasnt a perfect fit i new that if i tried to squeeze the window up to the liner i was bound to get a wrinkle or crease and that would have caused major issues like you as a new liner jobby so altho the initial plan was to do it the other way i feel i made the right choice especially as its been holding water for about 3 weeks now with no issues what so ever 👍🏻👍🏻

Hi Jamie, great job on window fit. Just a quick question I understand you used insulation around the sides of the pond but did you insulate the bottom of the pond or just the sides?

Where did you get your silicone from?
For the window in this video I just ordered it online but since my silicone test video I now only use MS300 link is in the description of all my more recent videos
Is the CT1 fish safe.
Yes bud it's been used for many many years in koi building my friend Lee is a professional pond builder has been using CT1 for 20+ years and it did everything in my last 3 ponds even this pond has been running 9 months now again with no issues 👍

Well done m8 I've got those wipes been using them for a while now and another tip for u if ur hands are really sticky and horrible and u run out of wipes WD40 just spray it all over ur hands and wipe off its quick and easy then was ur hands with ya favourite soap haha I use it a lot. Looking forward to next video and the little filter i brought like urs after u recommended it still working a treat m8...
Cheers bud although I used to use wd40 till I found these wipes 🤣 anti bac hand wipes that smell of lemon is much nicer and them wipes get anything off my hands and tools that I use day to day and I can't spay my power tools with wd40 🤣 And I'm glad the filter is working for ya I've had the smaller one now for 7-8 years and other than a couple of new uv bulbs it's never let me down and so easy to maintain 👍
