Can always rely on a good supercars crash as they mostly race on go kart courses.

I've been a huge NASCAR fan for many, many years. Recently, I've been watching some V-8 Supercar races, too. Those Supercars are badass! They don't have the power of NASCAR's "stock" (yeah, right) cars, but their aerodynamics and lightweight sure do get them around the course in a hurry.
Whoever was in the crash, i feel sorry especially the brazil one and the last one! Overall this vid has no music so props to this guy!

No both drivers in Barbabgallo escaped the crash without death
No nobody was serius wounded and nobody died
however one of the drivers has 3rd degree burns
I feel like a lot of these accidents quickly become exponentially worse because of the way the race rules work in a very simple way.
If safety is their primary concern as officials say in every level of motorsports, why not impress upon drivers that when an accident occurs there is no more passing / position changes allowed.
A lot of these accidents are complicated because drivers are trying to avoid the accident while maintaining speed / continuing the race and making gutsy decisions that don't pan out.
Nearly all crashes are V8 Supercar (V8SC) crashes...

Just as the announcer says about the last crash, I've never seen a start line crash quite like that. The poor driver stalled on the starting grid and was in the wrong place at the wrong time when he got hit from behind. What an inferno, he was lucky to get out so easily...
+Matthew LaTorre; but not a word is mentioned about the driver in the black car that hit him and also burst into flames.
The other driver escaped mostly unharmed.
These drivers have to wear fire-resistant overalls. For the safety of the drivers. Here you see some examples why... Good luck for you out there!

In the first clip, it looked like the cars were all named after football teams. One of the cars was called something like Olympiacos, I heard the commentators mention what sounded like AS Roma and Corinthians, and on the graphic that showed the driver positionings, it seemed to say "TOT" (Tottenham Hotspurs)...?

Reminds me of the CART series back in the late 90s running methanol. Invisible fires, anyone? You could see the fire suit burning before the flames.
Jean Dugas Invisible fires?! Trying to get that through my head! The pit crews back then must've been the bravest in motor racing.
***** Probably no more than any other crews really. If you watch one of those old races, try to catch where they spray the fuel port on the cars with water after pulling the nozzle. Reason: so spilled fuel doesn't ignite on the headers or the engine directly under the bodywork ;-)

I think V8SC Should do some races in the US, I live not far from The Glen. I would LOVE to see them there :)
They raced at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin Last year but wont be returning this year, it seems unlikely im afraid, I would personally like to see them at Brands Hatch here in the UK but that wont be happening anytime soon.
Matertron94 How the heck did I miss that LOL! Man that sucks they are not coming back. They are one of my favorite racing series. I don't think it would take too long to build a good fan base here, The racing is plenty exiting LOL!

Why is this argument on every crash compilation? "How can you say the best?" ETC. Its not meant in a disrespectful way.
And for people like Hugh...well.... They just watch. people who think that way arent race fans and non race fans dont put together any race related compilations.
chad4208 Seriously, it's like they're complaining about NHL hit compilations. It a part of motorsports and as long as nobody's seriously injured it's in good fun. Of course those compilations get quite a bit darker if they *do* include serious injuries, but as far as I can tell these don't.
chad4208 If someone could die, I wouldn't call it the 'best of'. These compilations are made by people who only watch racing for the wrecks, which if they truly understood motorsport they'd know why that's a little disturbing.

If I were an Aussie racing in those V8s I'd be concerned just how easy that thing set on fire after a shunt. Didn't take much and BOOM. Could have easily died but thankfully did not.

they were the old cars, as of 2013 the new car of the future cars have been made a lot safer with the fuel cell been moved further into the car to prevent those type of hits bursting the fuel cell and a lot more other safer changes for the drivers.
