Silver Schooner: it's beautiful because her age makes her real. I like her honesty and confidence to just say what she wants. At last a new star will make the world laugh again and that's what people need. Of course she is still very young and I hope she stays herself and grow up as a flexible comedian / singer/ ventriloquist. Contract is already waiting for her. Just matter of time. Even as a guy I let some tears of joy, she deserves that.

She doesn't know what a prenup is. So beautiful. She is young and innocent yet so incredibly talent at so many different angles. I do wish her all the best and hope she continues to be good. There have been quit a few child stars who got ugly as they got older. You know what I mean, drugs etc. I have a good feeling she will stay beautiful.
Do you know what a pre-nup is? Darci; No! The innocence of a child is just so beautiful to see. It warms my heart. I hope Darcy wins. You can see her Mom and Dad, are just overwhelmed with pride.

A New puppet like every performance and she's funny! She say you don't wanna her to get through if you dislike her this much. Those kids taking care of granny aren't on agt are they? She's making a name for herself and that's all that matters

When Darci is doing her act, no matter where it may be, I wouldn't mind her throwing in a song or two by herself. As Simon said, she is an excellent singer, with or without the puppets.

She was asked what she had in store for us in finals. She is smart enough know, to not give anything away, and I would not be shocked if she was able to come on stage with an act that consisted of some "throwing of the voice". Maybe a new puppet and Edna in the box. The other thing, that wouldn't surprise me, would be if she brings in her puppet that yodels.
I think their next performance will be just as surprising as the previous one.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER. Yes my friend I actually can explain. I read the scientific explanation for it. Us humans they say, are not good at recognising where sound comes from. Obviously it’s someone stand in front of us we relate their words to them. However I read that when the vents mouth is closed, we ‘THINK’ we hear the sound coming from the open mouth puppet. So to sum it up they believe it’s an illusion caused by us not being good at recognising where the sound actually comes from. And this means that ventriloquists DO NOT throw their voice has some people believe.

She's not enjoying it as much as she did initially. You can see her smile isn't touching her eyes. I hope she's not already being turned into a cynic by the sleaze around her.
I think she's enjoying it just fine. This interview was a bit awkward - the reporter focused on the relationship between Edna the puppet and grown man Simon Cowell - a topic innocent Darci is obviously not to knowledgeable about other than her practiced performance, and is trying to stay prepared to speak for "2 people" Edna and herself - in an impromptu format. I think what you see as cynical is just her thinking in the interview, and likely physically tired, too.
It's not that she is having to think for the puppet that's the problem, those she has no problem with it's the questions about Edna and Simon that are the problem. Her nervous laugh from the audition is the give away.
