I'll never forget years ago when we played spurs at home, a thrilling game, which the ref could have ruined by giving a penalty right at the end of the game. When Tim saved that penalty, his reaction was out of pure devotion and passion for Everton, those are the kinds of memories that last a lifetime.

Tim is a true Blue. All Evertonians became Colardo rapid fans after this. He was MAJOR MAOR player of our best post 80's premier league /modern era team. We were VERY hard done by in the champions league qualifier versus Villareal in 2005 when we denied a clear winner by the ref.. The very same Villareal team that had Riquellme and Diego forlan which reached the bloody semi finals of the CL and took the Arsenal invincibles to get rid of them on penaltys..[?] Villareal's pres at the time said Everton were the ONE team we DID NOT want to have to play. Tim kept us in them games in both legs showing his class, and while he has many great memories of playing for us , it is a pity, he isn't going back to the states with even greater ones. Think he was up there as one of the best goalies in the prem for a few seasons. I'm sure Everton would take him up on his offer of any potential help from in the future.
Tbh I'm not really fond of goalkeepers however since his performance in the 2014 World Cup my opinion has changed! Thank you Tim Howard you are forever my all time favourite goalkeeper in front of Bueffon, my personal opinion, respect it please
