This was one of the best storylines ever and Steve Burton(Jason) and Rebecca Herbst( Elizabeth) did an excellent job and they both should have gotten some kind of award. I truly miss seeing them on screen together.....best love story never told

Yes this has been a consistent feature of their relationship. This should’ve been the first major clue that Fakeson was not the real Jason. In all their history, he has never shouted at Elizabeth. He may get upset with her but he was always gentle and always called her by full name, not her nickname. The most he ever got upset with her was when he kicked her out of Sonny’s PH because she didn’t want to believe Ric had anything to do with Courtney’s kidnapping. Even that wasn’t that bad. Drew did a 180 on Liz after the truth came out. Granted, he had the right to be angry but Jason would never treat Liz with aggressive hostility. He tolerated Franco for Liz and Jake. Drew was constantly yelling and belittling her. He was also very passive aggressive. Sam fans finally had the version of Jason they always wanted. So what does she do when the real Jason shows up? Trashes Drew, leads him on and eventually runs back to the real Jason. And if I’m being honest, Jason never really treated Sam that well after the first breakup. Once he dumped her the first time for her “safety,” it became easier and easier to treat her like a doormat even when she didn’t deserve it.

There was the one time she held a gun on him when she was married to Ric and he wanted to get her away from him. Later when she was in the hospital b/c of Ric, he was by her side even though he just married Courtney. She eventually forgave him for the Sonny thing and they've always had these longing looks and eye sex and arm grabs, the one time I was disappointed in her was when she thought he killed Franco. She should have known better, but she was grieving.

Watching these scenes, they're still amazing. I'm glad they allowed Jason to be angry that Liz kept the truth from him. Jason should've asked Elizabeth to tell him point blank and she should've not stopped until she told him the truth. Sonny and Carly were meddlers here.

I'm a Liason fan but Liz shouldn't kid herself. She was definitely afraid of the danger, aside from wanting to protect Lucky that's why she asked Jason to give Jake up. I love the writing and hate it because it's so contradictory. One minute Jason and Liz are ready to be parents and the next they're afraid for his safety, but I blame that on Guza and Frons. But thankfully they're not calling the shots anymore. I just hope that as Liason gets closer, RC doesn't repeat the inconsistency.
OK, so this is a weird comparison, but seeing these scenes reminds me of the scenes they did way back in 1999 in her studio. The emotion, the connection, it's all there. I think Liason needs to get stuck in another elevator or something:) And just like her studio, Liz refers to Jason, once again, as her safe place. Love that!
In 2023, you can look back at how much Jason / Steve leaving bumbled so much up at times. RIP to Billy for giving his all to trying to pick up Jason for Steve. I am always 1st a Steve Burton fan and then Jason Morgan fan, but the writers never let Jason even try fatherhood until his boys were older. I loved all the Jason Morgan pairings for different reasons. I still say in 2023, Robin should have been the mother of Jason's 1st born ( technically, it was Courtney). Followed by Liz and Sam. All 3 of the women loved Jason for vastly different reasons. Robin was always his shining star, and their love was a rich thing built because of what she survived. Liz wanted his protector nature and craved that safety. Sam wanted home in his arms, and largely his always at her side and never alone.
evryone says that liz lied and lied but i think in this episode, it showed that everyone else jumped to conclusion that the baby was LUckys so she went along with it.
No she didn't. Carly told Jason the baby was Luckys. Liz arrived at the penthouse to tell Jason the results herself, but Carly had gotten to him first. Jason told Liz that it worked out for the best, leaving Liz believing Jason didn't want to be her baby's father.

Wait, she tried over and over to tell Jason the truth, and she kept getting interrupted. Finally, alone in an elevator, no interference she did. But she also is honest with him about her concerns about Lucky and Sam, and her love for Lucky. Jason then understood why Liz couldn't make up her mind about Lucky, and his drug addiction.
Everyone keep saying that Liz cannot handle Jason's life but i think it was the other way around Jason was the one afraid of the danger and try stop been her friend, he even left left town to protect her from the danger around him. Liz could more than handle Jason life it was who was to coward to let Liz be apart of his life because he saw her as too fragile and put her on a shelf.

Jason always tried to drill it into Liz's head that he was dangerous, that his life was too dangerous for her, she always tried to get him to change his mind and remind him that she can handle it. It wasn't until Cameron was born did she change her mind. I believe karma bit Jason on the ass with the whole Jake being born and Liz fearing for their sons safety. Jason spent so much time trying to convince Liz that his life was too dangerous for her to be around back then, and he never wanted her near him because of that life even though she could handle it, and yet the times he DID want Liz in his life and want to raise a family with her, karma sadly bit him on the ass by having Liz be the one who was now telling Jason that his life was too dangerous.
RC did far worse damage than Frons to Liz after Steve Burton announced he was quitting. He drove the final nail deep and buried Liason forever I M so thankful for these scenes so Liason can live on. I do not understand why every new ep and writing team want to put Liz & Lucky back together when Liz hasn't really loved Lucky since 1999 when she first saved & cared for Jason. Ironically, that team put Liz and Lucky back together b/c Steve Burton took time off from the show to go make a movie.

Then they killed off Jake yup i threw my hands up and only watched spontaneously I stop watching when they paired Liz with Franco. Man they even fired RH and her fan base got her back hired. I hated fronz valentini and guza trashed GH especially RH, TC, NL, the Vets smh I can go on and on. They had A Goldmine in Elisabeth And Jason. But to them , They Wanted Jonathan And Becky Together. And Since Things Didn’t Go As They Had plan. They was upset. Now this is only my Opinion. This is the way I see it. Even After they Let Elisabeth Get pregnant From Jason They Still had to let her have a baby from Lucky just in case Jonathan Decided to come back to the show. He did come back, But everyone knew it was not Going to be for long. He really had moved on from the show. He was not trying to stay on GH permanently. So they started writing stupid stuff for my Girl Elisabeth Having her sleep With Nikolas. Its a shame how GH treated Becky. They were horrible to her.

Every Lucky since, including when JJ returned, it wasnt' there for L&L2 anymore. I know we will never get Liason, especially w/Steve being gone, but if they do, I'll start watching again.
you know, I won't ever deny that Liz and jason have chemestry together because they do. maybe, a few years ago, I would have felt differently about this, but it's interesting to watch these scenes now. Elizabeth's third pregnancy wasn't planned either, and as with Jake, she didn't really have a plan with what she was gonna do regarding Nikolas and Lucky either!the acting in this scene here was great from both of them!

Jason and Carly made out Jason was the father of Michael. When Sam was pregnant with Sonny's child they tried cover it up and make it was Jason's. All for what? Protection from AJ. Protecting Sonny's marriage to Carly? Elizabeth has a husband who wants the baby and looking forward to it, but battles drug addiction. Jason tells her it's probably for the best he's not the father. He is a mob enforcer. I don't blame Liz about being confused and keeping it quiet. It would have been best that she had told Lucky the truth about the affair with Jason right after it happened. Then when she found out she was pregnant, told them both.
Carly, Sonny, and Sam always bullied Liz and never gave Jason and Liz a chance.. Jason should have stood up to them but in the end he didn’t deserve Liz so good riddance! He could go back to that Tart Sam...

Back here on n 2024 because Liason is trending on Twitter/X. I see people posting video clips of their favorite Liason moments but this last scene has always been my favorite. Despite everything that happened and how the writers tried to undo all the progress this couple had and snide comments that have been made about Liasons NOP and the paternity of Jake. We heard it right out of Jason’s mouth that he didn’t regret the night the spent together creating Jake and he wanted his son more than anything. #Liason25yearslater
Even way before this, around the time that they first slept together, jason straight up told liz that he didn't regret sleeping with her and being with her that night. And he said it wasn't because was drinking or drunk or because of the fact that he was hurting over Sam, he told liz he "Chose" to be with her that night and that he knew exactly what he was doing. He's always wanted liz and he's always wanted their son, from the moment he learned liz was pregnant. Not to be harsh, but they can't say the same about Sam and Danny. Even if you manage to over look how jason felt about Danny in 2012, and how he didnt want him until the very end of that whole drama, he STILL told Sonny in 2020 that even though he loved danny, he said he still wished he would've fought harder to say NO to having kids with Sam in the first place. He had regrets where he and Sam were concerned, especially with having kids. But yet jason has never once regretted anything where liz and wanting kids with Liz were concerned. He may not have expected to have a kid with Liz, but he never once not wanted it with her, or ever regretted it with her, unlike with Sam. Haters can hate on liz and the fact that jake is jasons son, but those are the facts 🤷♀️

Watching these scenes, they're still amazing. I'm glad they allowed Jason to be angry that Liz kept the truth from him. Jason should've asked Elizabeth to tell him point blank and she should've not stopped until she told him the truth. Sonny and Carly were meddlers here.

I'm a Liason fan but Liz shouldn't kid herself. She was definitely afraid of the danger, aside from wanting to protect Lucky that's why she asked Jason to give Jake up. I love the writing and hate it because it's so contradictory. One minute Jason and Liz are ready to be parents and the next they're afraid for his safety, but I blame that on Guza and Frons. But thankfully they're not calling the shots anymore. I just hope that as Liason gets closer, RC doesn't repeat the inconsistency.
OK, so this is a weird comparison, but seeing these scenes reminds me of the scenes they did way back in 1999 in her studio. The emotion, the connection, it's all there. I think Liason needs to get stuck in another elevator or something:) And just like her studio, Liz refers to Jason, once again, as her safe place. Love that!

In 2023, you can look back at how much Jason / Steve leaving bumbled so much up at times. RIP to Billy for giving his all to trying to pick up Jason for Steve. I am always 1st a Steve Burton fan and then Jason Morgan fan, but the writers never let Jason even try fatherhood until his boys were older. I loved all the Jason Morgan pairings for different reasons. I still say in 2023, Robin should have been the mother of Jason's 1st born ( technically, it was Courtney). Followed by Liz and Sam. All 3 of the women loved Jason for vastly different reasons. Robin was always his shining star, and their love was a rich thing built because of what she survived. Liz wanted his protector nature and craved that safety. Sam wanted home in his arms, and largely his always at her side and never alone.
evryone says that liz lied and lied but i think in this episode, it showed that everyone else jumped to conclusion that the baby was LUckys so she went along with it.

Wait, she tried over and over to tell Jason the truth, and she kept getting interrupted. Finally, alone in an elevator, no interference she did. But she also is honest with him about her concerns about Lucky and Sam, and her love for Lucky. Jason then understood why Liz couldn't make up her mind about Lucky, and his drug addiction.
Everyone keep saying that Liz cannot handle Jason's life but i think it was the other way around Jason was the one afraid of the danger and try stop been her friend, he even left left town to protect her from the danger around him. Liz could more than handle Jason life it was who was to coward to let Liz be apart of his life because he saw her as too fragile and put her on a shelf.

Jason always tried to drill it into Liz's head that he was dangerous, that his life was too dangerous for her, she always tried to get him to change his mind and remind him that she can handle it. It wasn't until Cameron was born did she change her mind. I believe karma bit Jason on the ass with the whole Jake being born and Liz fearing for their sons safety. Jason spent so much time trying to convince Liz that his life was too dangerous for her to be around back then, and he never wanted her near him because of that life even though she could handle it, and yet the times he DID want Liz in his life and want to raise a family with her, karma sadly bit him on the ass by having Liz be the one who was now telling Jason that his life was too dangerous.

RC did far worse damage than Frons to Liz after Steve Burton announced he was quitting. He drove the final nail deep and buried Liason forever I M so thankful for these scenes so Liason can live on. I do not understand why every new ep and writing team want to put Liz & Lucky back together when Liz hasn't really loved Lucky since 1999 when she first saved & cared for Jason. Ironically, that team put Liz and Lucky back together b/c Steve Burton took time off from the show to go make a movie.

Then they killed off Jake yup i threw my hands up and only watched spontaneously I stop watching when they paired Liz with Franco. Man they even fired RH and her fan base got her back hired. I hated fronz valentini and guza trashed GH especially RH, TC, NL, the Vets smh I can go on and on. I recently watched current GH clips it's ok but they have Jason and carly in a sham wedding for the gazillionth time🙄 yeah I'm over it

GH Tried their best to Push Lucky And Elisabeth as the Second Luke And Laura. They Wanted that So Bad. That’s why they would never Go All In With Elisabeth and Jason. And they never figured that Steve And Becky would have the Chemistry that they had Together. And When it turn out that Steve And Rebecca had So much Chemistry together They were stuck. They kept hoping Jonathan would come back to the show so they could push the Narrative of creating another Luke And Laura. They should have never tried to recreate that. They had A Goldmine in Elisabeth And Jason. But to them , They Wanted Jonathan And Becky Together. And Since Things Didn’t Go As They Had plan. They was upset. Now this is only my Opinion. This is the way I see it. Even After they Let Elisabeth Get pregnant From Jason They Still had to let her have a baby from Lucky just in case Jonathan Decided to come back to the show. He did come back, But everyone knew it was not Going to be for long. He really had moved on from the show. He was not trying to stay on GH permanently. So they started writing stupid stuff for my Girl Elisabeth Having her sleep With Nikolas. Its a shame how GH treated Becky. They were horrible to her.

But she felt the need to save him and she owed him. and that's how it's been for them she goes back to Lucky b/c he's saved and she owes him for what happened to her when she was 15. Every Lucky since, including when JJ returned, it wasnt' there for L&L2 anymore. I know we will never get Liason, especially w/Steve being gone, but if they do, I'll start watching again.
you know, I won't ever deny that Liz and jason have chemestry together because they do. maybe, a few years ago, I would have felt differently about this, but it's interesting to watch these scenes now. Elizabeth's third pregnancy wasn't planned either, and as with Jake, she didn't really have a plan with what she was gonna do regarding Nikolas and Lucky either!the acting in this scene here was great from both of them!

Jason and Carly made out Jason was the father of Michael. When Sam was pregnant with Sonny's child they tried cover it up and make it was Jason's. All for what? Protection from AJ. Protecting Sonny's marriage to Carly? Elizabeth has a husband who wants the baby and looking forward to it, but battles drug addiction. Jason tells her it's probably for the best he's not the father. He is a mob enforcer. I don't blame Liz about being confused and keeping it quiet. It would have been best that she had told Lucky the truth about the affair with Jason right after it happened. Then when she found out she was pregnant, told them both.
Carly, Sonny, and Sam always bullied Liz and never gave Jason and Liz a chance.. Jason should have stood up to them but in the end he didn’t deserve Liz so good riddance! He could go back to that Tart Sam...
Sonny never bullied Liz sam and Carly absolutely but that's change ever since of Jason's presumed 2 death and given that Danny and Jake are brothers that would make sense

Back here on n 2024 because Liason is trending on Twitter/X. I see people posting video clips of their favorite Liason moments but this last scene has always been my favorite. Despite everything that happened and how the writers tried to undo all the progress this couple had and snide comments that have been made about Liasons NOP and the paternity of Jake. We heard it right out of Jason’s mouth that he didn’t regret the night the spent together creating Jake and he wanted his son more than anything. #Liason25yearslater
Even way before this, around the time that they first slept together, jason straight up told liz that he didn't regret sleeping with her and being with her that night. And he said it wasn't because was drinking or drunk or because of the fact that he was hurting over Sam, he told liz he "Chose" to be with her that night and that he knew exactly what he was doing.
He's always wanted liz and he's always wanted their son, from the moment he learned liz was pregnant. Not to be harsh, but they can't say the same about Sam and Danny. Even if you manage to over look how jason felt about Danny in 2012, and how he didnt want him until the very end of that whole drama, he STILL told Sonny in 2020 that even though he loved danny, he said he still wished he would've fought harder to say NO to having kids with Sam in the first place. He had regrets where he and Sam were concerned, especially with having kids. But yet jason has never once regretted anything where liz and wanting kids with Liz were concerned. He may not have expected to have a kid with Liz, but he never once not wanted it with her, or ever regretted it with her, unlike with Sam.
Haters can hate on liz and the fact that jake is jasons son, but those are the facts 🤷♀️
