Dear Huma Behti, I tried your recipe and no doubt the result was amazing, the gravy was so yummy but there was a bit problem with kabab , though i kept the same ratio of ingredients as yours, but the kabab were hard , were not soft and juicy . Kindly need your assistance, hope will hear you soon.

Thanks for the comment, In Fry pan Kabab will fry half done like light golden brown color as you can see in the video and rest 50% will cook in Gravy .
