Oreily is a washed up old man who doesn’t know the law, or journalism for that matter
💯💯💯💯
Interesting point: this is indeed a job for the AG, not a DA. As an attorney, that's a great point I hadn't thought of
I've lived in Atlanta, and Fulton County primarily in charge of stuff is normal..
I did as well. It's where all official business takes place. Raffensberger received the call there, the votes were counted and collected there, the public officials who were pressured and/or participated do their work in there, the electoral certification happened there and the Fake Electors all signed and presented the fake affidavits there. Oh yeah, all the country bumpkin counties outside Metro Atl are MAGA, so theres that.
Bill O. was really grasping for straws on that irrelevant little theory.
Bill O'Reilly you really defending Trump? No one is victimizing Trump. Trump got in trouble by himself.
But you know there’s nobody can name an actual crime in Georgia. free-speech is not a crime
I'm not defending a criminal.
Of you want to think Trump is innocent you're CRAZY.
The politics of it.
Just so happens that the cases are ready to go now.
He shouldn't have committed the crimes.
Don't call Fani Willis dirty how dare you sucker.
That was very condescending.
She did her job and she's very legit.
Ya'll mad cause she don't play.
There is no crime that trump can commit that wouldn’t be seen by these people as politically motivated.
Point being, Trump committed NO crime.
Okay fascist
What crime did trump commit now that you have failed to provide evidence for the last dozen times?
Yes. But you aren't considering that other politicians like Hillary and joe are not prosecuted for obvious crimes out in the open. The importance is equal Justiceunder the law. If Biden and trump are both crooks, the decision will be made by the public on Election Day. These propel do not believe in democracy, they don't trust the public to make the right decision
They had 2 years to do these indictments but they didn’t start the indictments till he announced his candidacy! Totally political!
@@joshstrong7762 I believe when people skip over the "did he do it" convo and go straight to the "its politicized" narrative, they are essentially admitting he is guilty but they don't like the process (which, by the way, has only been politicized by Trump and his apologists as evidenced by the aforementioned tactic).
PS-Trump very obviously announced his candidacy very earl;y because it was evident he was about to be indicted. Should every criminal be allowed to run for office as a shield from prosecution?
Why give a sexual harasser air time?
Because censorship is for fascist, fashy
Question is, did we expect the harasser to NOT support the rapist?
But give a guy who not only abdicated his duty as a journalist, but did so to protect the former governor of New York (brother or not) from harassment accusations, his own show?
@@Khm89787 I'm withbyou on that. Both Chris and Bill have suspect motivations and character flaws. But their ideas are still valid based on the rationale and facts. I'd like to see a show with both of these guys duking it out.
Let’s say it was politically motivated. While that might not be above bar, the questions are:
1. Did Trump break the law?
2. Did others break the law?
3. Was there intent?
If yes to any of these, it doesn’t matter. He/they should be indicted.
What law did Trump and others break? How do prove intent? It's a case de novo with no precedent.
@@sunshine22723well, the laws listed in the indictment, Georgia RICO. Of course that has to be proven in court and jury
@@sunshine22723 I’m not a prosecutor or lawyer. But I’d ask the question like this.
1. Is it okay the place fake electors in place of real one when all the cases have been denied by the judges?
2. Can you show classified documents to this people who lack clearances?
3. Is it lawful to attempt the destruction of videos the govt seeks?
4. Can you threaten people if they don’t folllow your orders?
I’d also add that while it may not be against the law, making statements that are consistently false, criticizing others who disagree, and being authoritative is not what I want in somebody leading our country.
Add this question: Is it politically motivated for no Republicans tp investigate/prosecute Trump (other than Wray)?
The answer is Yes, they would to let him get away with crimes against the Constitution because they support him, or they don't want to be primaried or publicly demeaned by their favorite fellow Republican. That is definition of politicization.
Every past President is more guilty than Trump on everything they charging Trump with, yet they did not press charges against those guys
If Trump is innocent he should be eager to get to court and prove his innocence.
He has.
The last twenty times
Democrats are fascist
@@estonianmanits a shame your Boy Donny sees Maga Republicans and some republicans as stupid morons, that’s why he wants people like you to fight for him, vote and give him money 😂😂
So should Joe & Hunter bank records prove bribery
yea in 3 places where 90% of the people there hate him politically, how can he get a fair jury trial
@@neilkale8568 It's fair if the laws of due process are followed, that's the definition of fair in our system. If the laws are not followed, then there are appeals.
By the way, most Americans regardless of political affiliation would be objective and fair in a jury trial. Interesting and ironic that it seems the least objective and critically thinking are the MAGA supporters who assume everyone else is just as biased as they are.
Good job Bill O’Reilly .
The main question that should have been asked of O"reilly and all these others is "Do you think he committed a crime? Yes or no? The reason why trump is running for president and why he declared so early was because he knew he was in trouble and that it would be his get out of jail free card....
No. Trump didn’t commit any crimes
Why? Democrats are fascist liars and against democracy
That’s why he was so intent on taking the 2020 election. He knew he was going to go down.
That's bullshit! Democrats just don't want him to run,Best President ever, much better than Biden
Bill O. basically admitted Trump probably broke the law, and refused to give a straight answer to whether Trump should get a pass.
💯💯💯💯 He's not running for President. He's running 🏃♂️ to stay out of Prison!
Hardly.
What about the crook in the White House!!!??
Lies, and the lying liars that tell them. Like Bill O'Liely
Politicians are always out there begging for votes. I don't see any payouts. Just talk which is "free speech".
O'Reilly, spin, spin , spin that narrative. Good luck because it won't work!
Cuomo schools O'Reilly, and its refreshing. Cuomo is very factual and knows the law, and he is not going to go into insinuation and assertions that are not based in fact. O'Reilly got sloppy because the network where he aired was about political propaganda, not news, or journalism.
Look at this nevertrumper defending fascists ….
Yep Fredo can’t name a crime. Because there is none. It will go to the supreme court and be thrown out. Screenshot this post.
@@MajorAnthonyNelson the indictments name quite a number of felonies and numerous counts, so, thats easy to do -the real question is getting a jury to convict, and as for SCOTUS, and the appeals court, they have shown no deference to Trump. We shall see how it all plays out.
@@MajorAnthonyNelsonThere are DOZENS of Crimes. 😂 Scrernshot this comment. 🤪
A couple of criminals talking about a criminal and we're all supposed to take this seriously...
Almost waste of breath arguing with O'Reilly. He only wants to hear himself.
Lol bias bias Cuomo the same
Can’t you guys fix this delay issue between you two? My lord, it’s like watching the moon landing communications…
When someone is a corrupt politician everything is politically motivated.
Chris on the wrong track 🤫
The judges are supposed to go after Trump 2 years ago not right after he announces his candidacy for president. That’s why it’s obviously political
Okay college boy, here's a little info to set you straight:
1) Judges don't "go after" people.
2) Law Enforcement - Police and Prosecutors - investigate.
3) There were many investigations well under way when Trump announced.
4) It was evident at the time that he was announcing early to make it political and shield himself
5) 2 years is not that long to investigate anything this deep and wide. RICO cases take years and years
6) These investigations had to produce a much more airtight case because he's a former president, which means they performed much more due diligence to gather evidence and testimony locked in before charging.
Hope that helps.
It’s called “due process” and it would have been illegal o do otherwise
bill looks like hes half in the bag
One county acted with Trump to try to over turn the results in Fulton County.
O'reilly is a striaght 🤡 bro
O’reilly thinks he’s always right but always ends up looking foolish
I’m so sick of these sanctimonious old a$$hole$! They talk over everyone with their BS. Just because you yell and won’t let others talk does not mean it’s true!
Did you see the poll number today 56% of the American saying yes
Why was O'Reilly fired from Fox News?
Why is he allowed to spew on news nation?
He cost them MILLIONS in sexual harassment payouts, that's why.
Basically, he was doing to all his assistants and other women what upper management (Roger Ailes for one) did to all the pretty talent - promising a job or abetter time slot for sex. All those pretty women you saw on Fox? Lots of knee bruises to get there.
Lol billo has lost his fastball. So sad.
I had no idea O'Reilly was still a relevant person. O'Reilly has been intellectually dead for awhile now. They must be hard up for people to interview on NewsNation to have dug this guy up. Back in the day I did enjoy watching O'Reilly even if his political views were different than mine. In modern times I get a gag reflex for Trump enablers defending the defenseless.
Exactly! O'Reilly coming back up, reeks!
So Big mouth Bill what about Roger Stone? Rudy? Come on now
Wow, he looks old. 😬
Love that Fanni Willis good is treating Trump like The Mobsters he is ! HOLD HIM ACCOUNTABLE 🤷🏼♀️
This is all a bullshit charges, this is all true what O'Reilly says, they don't want him to run, it's all political
First Amendment protection!
Very Smart Man Mr Oreilly
damn..Bill got older quick
Bill is a hunk honey 🍯
It's all that falafel.
Very well done Chris and said
The entire problem with this Georgia DA's hit job on DJT (right, wrong, or in-between) is why was it okay for Stacey Abrams's campaign when she & her people did the very same things they are accusing the Donald of doing, yet it its not if Trump did it? Where is the so called law applied, when it is not applied fairly or based on one's political party? This is why these charges I hope get thrown out the window, & why I am rooting for the Donald's team on this one. The only ugly issue that the government has to bring to the table & confront him over is the mishandling of the classified documents, that is the only so called crime I could see but then again the Presidential Records Act does give retired Presidents & their immediate staff legal protections when handling their own documents & a lot of sway with the National Archives. As for the Jack Smith Jan 6th case, there is no real case & the issue of the 5th Amendment could be brought up because DJT was tried with the second impeachment over that one & found not guilty by the Senate.
hi! regarding Abrams' refusal to concede and attempts to challenge the results are distinct from the indictment that Trump is facing. There was no evidence that Abrams attempted to interfere with the outcome of the election. Trump, is facing charges for conspiring to change the result of the election. Legally there is not the same equivalence. As far as other cases, You are correct about the docs case, and the smoking gun of the Bedminster tape and the tapes of moving boxes, and more, means that he is in jeopardy of an obstruction charge, there. Re: other cases the NY hush money case will lose on appeal if convicted, being a novel theory. The Jan 6th federal case Smith will have to show "corrupt mind" by the former President. None of these indictments will be thrown out, and it really will come down to the jury in each respective case.
Whoa, where to begin....
1) The Abrams narrative was not a legal parallel. For starters, she didn't seek to invent votes or have various folks produce fraudulent documentation to certify her as Governor. I do not know of any laws she might have broken, but if she did then she should have been charged. Whatever else you've heard is probably false equivalence propaganda seeking to make a justifiable comparison to excuse Trumps illegal (allegedly) actions.
2) The PRA was literally was created to require Presidents to turn over everything that is a Presidential Record. Classified Documents are governed by a separate set of laws as well, however anything official should be turned over to PRA, then, if deemed not official, can be returned. Classified Documents need to be returned when discovered, NARA should not have to asks, but if they do, the docs need to be handed over ASAP to protect our national security from incidental harm. Like showing them off to your golf buddies. Trump had lots of very sensitive documents, knew he had them, tried to say he didn't have them, had his attorney create a false affidavit to keep them, defied a subpoena and moved them, then had people hide them so the FBI would not find them. That's simply not okay in an era where Russian and Chinese spies are attempting to get whatever they can to capture our spies and defeat our systems. That alone should net Trump 10-20 years, as it would anyone else.
3) Trump was not found "not guilty", he was simply not convicted by the Senate. Double Jeopardy does not include Impeachments, only Justice prosecutions. And further, he is charged under different laws for different acts under the Smith J6 case, so also not Double J.
You seem sincere in your comment, that's why I decided to respond. I would suggest that, wherever you got the info you based your comment, you treat it as a specious source going forward.
O'Reilly is long past his best-before date. It's just tribalism for him now.
She is laughing now. She be crying soon
I used to watch Bill O. back when he was on Fox. He was the only one then (and pretty much now) that I could stand. Mind you, I was a card carrying R. right up until Trump was nominated.
He is still banging the same pots and pans, and he is still trying to conflate irrelevant ideas with each other, but his reasoning is thinner than before and, without his Bully Host hat on, he is revealed for what he has always likely been: a run of the mill rabbler and a loudmouth. I still like to hear him out, however because he is at least an original thinker.
Few drug dealers have journalists in their pockets.
Bill, why are you talking to this fool.
The country is a Banana Republic period
O'Reilly sounds like that male Karen who rolls down the car window to yell at you that you just stole his parking spot.
Another blathering pontification by O'Reilly just to create conflict for conflict's sake.

Love me some Trump! What about a Biden-Trump ticket?
@@michael-4k4000over 157 years of life and 50 years of political experience!! 😂😂
In my mind, if you're going to bring charges against a former POTUS, the evidence and legal basis must be absolutely overwhelming. Also, this occurred over 2.5 years ago. Why are the charges brought right when the presidential election primaries start and not earlier? I would have given it the benefit of the doubt if the timing wasn't so coincidental. "If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck." Absolutely politically driven, which is not to say that Trump is guilty or not.
And regardless, the SCOTUS is going to put an end to all these and quick as long as Trump's team can elevate it to the federal level OR constitutionality is in question.
For one, he announced he was running super early because he knew trouble was coming, 2nd, if he wasn't running he'd still be charged. 3rd I'm sure you've seen or heard of investigating taking some time to collect evidence, witness interviews etc.... Mafia cases this happens all the time
@@MrNikowest Exactly!!
@@MrNikowest In fact, it was way too early to be announcing a candidacy. He knew what he had gotten into so he had to find his way out of it.
Political or not, the Law cannot be ignored. His "alleged" crimes were political, quite literally trying to become President despite losing. As far as Ducks go, Trump made this political. In this case, he has to be charged so as to not let it be political that he was NOT charged.
He's also trying to subvert the justice system, of which he is running to be the Chief, so we gotta know if we're putting a criminal in charge of the FBI.
The timing is irrelevant for many reasons, but like you say, the evidence has to be overwhelming, which means it takes longer to bring an air-tight case.
This is why we have this amazing opportunity to vote him President 2024. Let's not waste any more time we can not afford it. I voted for Trump two times but now we have to go forward and save this beautiful country.
