Only halfway finished with the video, but I just wanted to comment that I have a big smile on my face everytime the elf doctor turns away to talk to themself.
They do need a bit of cheering during consultations sometimes, really boosts their confidence :))

it’s like how most are more relaxed by the asmr in french rather than the english 😭 but i think it’s because we aren’t focusing on the words as much
