- I am really lucky to win a car worth 3,830,000$. Probably this is the most expensive Mystery Prize that can be won at the Lucky Wheel Spin from the Diamond and Casino Resort.
The Rocket Voltic comes standard without any upgrades. All the upgrades cost me around 500.000$ but it totally worth it!
The Rocket Voltic is essentially a Voltic with a large "rocket" engine attached to the rear, with a padded roll cage added to the interior and numerous switches on the center. The vehicle also has side intakes for the rocket turbine and the rear end is partially cut to accommodate the large equipment, with a relocated "COIL" badge on the back.
The Rocket Voltic can be purchased from Warstock Cache & Carry.

If you won the rocket voltic you will find it in the special vehicles warehouse (from where you sell cars as CEO)

you have to have a special Vehicle workshop and once you have that it should appear in the garage of your special workshop

My car was stored in the vehicle warehouse, in fact that was the only option I had to store the vehicle. I don't know what happens if you do not own a vehicle warehouse, the prize might get canceled...
