From what I see, Harley raises her hands at the end of her song while the cops point at both of them, then Arthur also starts to raise his hands. Most likely, as a musical, they will make everything happen in an orchestrated way, maybe she is not betraying Arthur or it is not in his head either

I just HATE the fact that they have said he won’t be joker again, and most joker scenes in the trailer are just his delusions. He won’t be joker in real life, meaning they have stripped away his style, freedom and autonomy. We would just get a miserable Arthur Fleck, cough laughing and following the instructions of Lee.
