Viktor is my favorite mid lane champion, I'm glad to see more content coming out recently for him. He definitely is a lane bully and can play it safe, but the macro you need for that character and good mana usage and positioning is insane in comparison to int assassins characters. W content.

Sheild bash scales with bonus hp and the size of the shield 8.5pct of the shield. This build is actually really good on viktor so is SE that shield works as well.
