Its every companies new dark policy which govt is sleeping. These brands wants to sell their new launches n work on its new upgraded again again same cycle so they place a bug through ota updates and causes phones to get dmg and eventually out of 100 issues 50% will buy new ones.
Its my assumption as its happening frequently from 2023.
My advice is after buying phone dont update the phones wait few weeks if there is any bugs n issues happeing if its ok than do.

My Samsung S22 ultra screen totally turned white while using. After few days of updating it.
Customer service is saying if it would have been green or white line then we will replace for free but we have no instructions for whole white screen. And according to them the reason for issue is it is electronic device it can fail any time. So, now you have to pay 21k more.
