I’m glad you’re bringing back the Tier lists!🙌🏽 I always loved when you did these. Thanks for the great perspective/content as always.
Thank you Jorge!! I really appreciate that my friend, and I'm glad you like them 😁
Great video. I have heard of most of these but didn't know much about them. Very helpful, thank you! 👍
Thank you for watching my friend! 😊
I would love an updated one! Thanks for the video
You're welcome my friend! Thanks for the comment. I'll try to do an update in the future 😊
awesome vid, 3rd time i watched. i see how organized u r. straight to the point.
What about interactive brokers?
Great video. I’m about to open my first brokerage account. This helped a lot. Gave you a like. Many thanks!
Great video what is your opinion on etoro
Thank you Ale. You are awesome. I agree with everything you said except, Robinhood isn't in the same league as Fidelity. IMO, Fidelity is a level above for their predictability, Customer care service and larger size. Robinhood got into lot of controversies lately.
My three favorite channels: Ale's World of Stocks, Stock Brotha, & Zip Trader. Make my week complete.
Thank you for this info. It really has helped me make a choice.
So glad to hear that! 😊
Nice video. Why Interactive Brokers is not included ? Thanks
M1 finance is perfect for me. Set it and forget it
Whats the best broker for dividend investing?
Thank you
Can you please comment on Interactive Brokers as well
Yayy love beginner friendly ! 😄
Haha thanks for watching! 😊
Great job! Would have loved you mention the payment for order flow!
Thank you!! Yeah, unfortunately I had to cut several details from the video cause it was getting way too long 😅
"Payment Flow", got a lot of my current brokers, benched. (Waiting for a good broker fee free xfer deal)
Anything invented by Bernie M.?
Makes me sick 🤢😷 n angry 😠😡
Can you do this kinda video for your favorite stock research tools/sites?
Of course! Will do in the future 🙂
I have to say that I love using Fidelity. The analytics and research features and amazing and give me insight on stocks, QUICKLY.
Thanks for sharing your experience 😊
Almost every post on RUclips is about this or stocks, do you guys really make that much off it or is this some type of Ponzi scheme
Yeah, people actually make a lot from these markets, although they usually have more expertise than average, or they use experts i.e. hedge funds or financial advisors. There's a goldmine in the market, especially as the Nasdaq is rising. There's a reason most wealthy people do it.
True. I've been using an FA since covid and I'm stunned that most people don't use this but prefer "gambling". I'm not a millionaire yet but considering how I started out, I make more than enough and I'll be one someday.
sounds great... where and how can I get a good one please
You should start by looking out for those from reputable firms and good track records. You should also make sure the person is licensed. Personally, I use Marie, Kelly Matwick, she's good and you could also check her out.
JessicaGray-cf9qi I know her. Used to share same office block with her back in the day nice lady
I'm currently using Robinhood. But once Sofi adds the ability to sell covered calls and/or spreads, I'm switching over.
Ive used Betterment since 2017 and I LOVE it as a Robo investor. It allows you to invest in a percentage of stocks and bonds based on your specific needs. I get regular dividends as well.
Investors be aware of the $38 Reorganization fee that Etrade will charge you if your stock merge or reverse stock split etc. Even if you only have 1 dollar on that split stock you will be obligated to pay a $38 dollar fee for every single stock that merge, reverse split etc.
Hey Ale
I watched your video but you don’t have one of the best Interactive brokers in your list
I used it since long time and found it very powerful and popular
Agreed! I am surprise he didn't account for it.
If you are a beginner trader/investor customer service should be #1 when choosing a brokerage platform. What good is using a platform if you are confused and need help/service to navigate these brokerage platforms. There are many times where Robinhood's app completely crashed and there is no customer service and no way to access your money or cancel a trade. Is it easy to get your tax forms in a timely matter or is there issues. I favor Fidelity and Schwab because of customer service.
I love Public also and do most of my 1 to 5 year holds there.
So simple to use and fantastic customer service!
Hmm, never heard of it. I'll have to look them up!
Yes thank you. I have noticed about Public not being mentioned at all in the video.
Schwab doesn't truly have fractional shares, they only have it on their slices accounts. No fractional shares on a standard individual taxable account or tax deferred accounts like Roth IRA. I still like it tho and prefer the relative safety of being with one of the Big dogs over smaller new platforms.
what do you think the best broker for non us resident?
For me webull seems to be charging 5c for buying options and about 7c for selling options
Can we assume all are SIPC insured?
I agree about e*Trade.
I find TD Ameritrade easy to use and is my go to. Webull I can draw lines and takes some time getting use to. Slow on the deposits. Help center is slow. TD ditched their live chat, my fave tool when there is a problem.
Yes,
As far as I know,
I researched most of them 8.
Before joining, long ago (yrs).
I don't think you can trade if ur not.
IMHO
Really like Fidelity, but sad to see how they still have fees for option contracts.
💯
Still better since you have lower PFOF on options than Robinhood. However, Robinhood has less restrictions than Fidelity. Fidelity seems like a naggy mom when it comes to option trading.
i use etoro, sorry from uk is that not around in the US?
How about Interactivebrokers ?
It is the best one
why did you not include InteractiveBrokers and Trading212?
What about MooMoo
ETORO and Interactive Brokers???
Where does Tradestation lands on this list?
thoughts on vanguard?
Does SoFi provide Option Trading?
Webull not charging any for options, maybe cents like stock trading
How about Interactive Brokers ?
Schwab is ranked too high should be D tier at the highest. Ameritrade was much better too bad I'm forced into using Schwab.
Schwab data doesn't even have real-time data, you have to keep refreshing. My info isn't clearly laid out and alot is in submenus for no reason. The graphs don't show the high-low range when you click different time frames.
What about chase invest
ETRADE offers fractional shares since 2022. They just have bad marketing for it. However, they have caveats.
- Only for the top 100 ETFs.
- Only with the Automatic investing (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
- $25 minimum for each investment.
- Always processed investment on a Tuesday.
This is underrated aspect if you want to sell covered calls on SPY.
- Auto invest monthly into SPY until you reach 100 shares
- While waiting to reach 100 shares of SPY, use ETRADE's practice trading to get familiar with selling options. Also called "paper trading ".
- After reaching 100 shares of SPY and months of paper trading, then start selling covered calls of SPY in non-bullish months (February & September).
M1 does sound bad. Only being able to buy or sell one time a day.
What about Trading 212?
quite comprehensive...I started trading for over 3 years and i wasn't making significant profit not until few months ago, now i make over 30k weekly after taxes...Investing your money is the best way to be financially independent
Hey there! I'm also into trading still a beginner though...What's the best strategy to take when starting off? I've watched a lot of videos but I don't want to take any major risk with my money
The best strategy to use in trading is to trade with a professional who understands the market quite well, that way maximum profit is guaranteed, I'll highly recommend Charlotte Thornley, she has a team of professionals who have a unique trading strategies. Her username is charlottethornley
on tele gram
I'm amazed you mentioned Charlotte Thornley, she is the best and her strategies works like magic. I've been making over 80% of my investment weekly since I started investing with her trading service
This is not the first time I am hearing of Charlotte Thornley and her exploits, how she handles investments and generates good profits, she has really made a good name for her self, I'm gonna look her up right away
A con about SoFi is that you cannot invest if you are not a citizen
No Vanguard love?!?
M1 gotta be either Aor B tier for me
Good review with one comment: Half of the platforms do not offer services outside of USA and for non US citizens.
Great Vid,
During my 6yrs ,of trading. I used so many to grow my portfolio.
U r Correct, I started with Acorns n Betterment. (U reminded me Btrmnt had to go too).
Then grew into Robinhood n M1 (yes now annoying).
Then on to Ally, Sofi n Webull.
After losing my brother, I now have E-Trde too.
That makes 8, but I have 10.
Stockpile (likeable) n Stash (meh), too.
Guess they did not make the list?
Why so many ?
As you pointed out.
Some brokers/ brokerages, have grown up, over the past 7yrs.
If one does not have a feature, stock (ADR) or trading window, I like or need? That's how I got to 10.
Where is Revolut ? I'm using Revolut, and I'm very happy of this application
Revolut is not really good. Lack many features and also don’t offer all stock. When a new is listed it’s not there immediately. Also this is only for Americans, Revolut is only in EU.
I love webull!!!
I think robinhood lacks a lot of functionality like the ability to buy bonds and Treasury bills and it lacks connectivity to things like quicken and their stock transaction history is just HORRIBLE. I do like that options and stock trading is commission free .. that is the only thing it has going for it.
Correct,
The Hood's tranz history, is nutz !
One day your cash bal is 0.
The next day it's $100.
A lil clarification, wud be nice.
I am aware,
That Stocks n ETF's come n go, Split both ways, Get Brought Out n go Private.
The Hood's, Tranz history is only good, for Div's, Dep's, WD's n Trades ???
Their monthly stmts aren't much better, either.
2 deal breakers for me are fees and no option for fractional shares. Won't even consider an account with that. I use Fidelity.
I feel like Vanguard should've been on this list.
Same here! 👍👍
XOS review
I believe none of them is available here in Europe unfortunately
I'm a little bit confused, I've noticed lots of YT'ers, use M1 Finance, and these guys have hundreds of thousands of dollars into it.
I use M1 Finance for over 3 years now. I like it better than Fidelity.
For a long term investment strategy in perfect.
M1 is great
I will ADD: Robinhood, Fidelity, SoFI: CONs: NON-US users (users outside United State), are not allowed to use it. Ameritrade PROs : NON-US users are allowed, for that reason I use TD-Ameitrade. Regards From Chile.
Que broker me recomiendas para smalls caps penny stocks en scalping day trading rápida y que permita comprar y venta
I’m using Fidelity and RBH.
Good choices!!
eToro is missing !
I left it for good.
We are already in the big crash, inflation is a catastrophe. This CPI report is a colossal failure. To bring the housing market to a halt, the FED will have to pull all the stops. The unfortunate issues is that the other market are being decimated. If you want to stay green you have to rely on a lot of diversification. Currently up 15% and being carful. Still a better deal than leaving it in a savings or checking account yielding 0-1 percent interest.
People believe their currency has the worth it does because they have no other options. Even in a hyper-inflationary environment, individuals must continue to use their hyper-inflationary currency since they likely have minimal access to other currencies or gold/silver coins.
Unfortunately I am a UK subscriber and none of these are really appealing to me
Ale I respect the opinion but you’re BIG tripping on some of these. Webull in A tier? No sir 😂
Haha no worries my friend! :)
I've heard pretty good stuff about Webull... Why do you not like it? Just curious
@@AlesWorldofStocks I have a Webull, Robinhood and Schwab. I don’t think they offer the same value they once did. At one point they were one of the best for charting, etc. But once Robinhood implemented the same things it knocked it down a tier to me.
Then based on their features I would’ve had Webull as a B and moved Schwab and Merrill Lynch as A tier. But that’s just my opinion I think Webull is a solid platform just not one of the best.
@@dh13king75cuál sería para ti la mejor , en mi caso i need for the day tradind ultra scalping
$5 fee for any stock under $2.00....lmao
Sorry, Ameritrade is or was the best. Poor integration, and downgrade.
Don't tell people others opinions use it yourself and then you can share information rubbish!!
Schwab and Etrade are essentially unusable in 2023.
Webull is S tier
5.00% apy
