@@greyhunter3271 colonial should have the M1A1 flamethrower and the wardens should have either the Mod. 35 Lanciafiamme or the Jerry WEX Flammenwerfer
For tanks, idk, colonials should have a Zippo kit conversion for a medium tank (sacrificing a mg) or have a dedicated Pyro light tank
Wardens should have the same Zippo kit but for the regular heavy tank , replacing the gun in the hull with a bunker squirter and a small tank trail attached to back, to store the magic sticky lighter fuel
(it's a Churchill Crocodile reference).
The fuel for the BBQ igniter should be liquid latex ( could be a new type of resource) or good ole Jelly diesel .
Portable flamethrower should have 15 units or 30 of fuel it should be shot range and very thirsty( few seconds of autonomy, more precisely 5- 8 seconds of fun).
Flamethrowing tanks should have 300 units of fuel and 2 time and ½ the range of a portable flamethrower (timing should be 30 seconds of autonomy).
Observation balloons should be deployed by a specialised truck and should be used to spy on enemy or for artillery spotting, the truck should carry hydrogen canisters.
white phosphorus, and HE shells and tracer ammo should be the way if you want reenact the Hindenburg disaster, regular bullets will deflate the balloon slowly sending it to the ground.
Light Tanks should also have a new type of shells, "canister Shells" ideal for cleaning green thick areas from enemies or for clay target shooting over tranches.
True, and they could take petrol to balance it out.

New tank mechanics means they are forced to finally engage our silverhands within its max fire power range. Thats the best part of this update. No more skirting at max range any more to fish for armor pens.
That and outnumbering them by a ton helps a lot!

I kinda wish the girthy long ass artillery firing sound was much more... Like a boom, than hitting a metal with a hammer, that'd made my inner Death Korp nut.

I was on the receiving end of something similar a few days back. being pinned in a trench and hammered for 30 min is the closest thing I as a normie have ever experienced to claustrophobia or shell shock.

Oh despite being colonial you would have enjoyed the KAL arty OP we did last night. 6 guns (1 gunner and 2 loaders each) constantly shelling Jade Coast for 3 hours, was lots of fun.
we then had a mixed op shelling u for an hour with 150 mm, destroyed ur bb and many tanks

Having been on the receving end of all this, I can say it was very effective and annoying. However I feel I got a little revenge when we captured you at Splinter's Pen, sorry if the guys ran you around for too long I did tell em to kill ya and let you get back to the game.

Why do wardens always have colonial trucks and vehicles? Logistics that bad? I've seen some colonials use warden wepons but not at warden scale
the base in this video had only just fallen to Wardens so many vehicles were left behind
I like to think of them as war trophies any time I can use a collie Vic I do

@@desertfawx2093 I say real war, is where the collies outnumber you 80 to 1 and you still survive. theres practically no wardens on shard 2, yet we still hold the line.

Does anyone else think that the firing sounds or artillery are kind of underwhelming?
When you shoot an artillery gun, it should make more of a deep "boom" noise.
In this video, it sounds like someone is just hitting a cooking pan with a hammer.
I've been writing a story of a soldier fighting in a broken world but has a hard time finding the right setting then i found foxhole if anybody can give me some lore, game history and the story behind some outfits like the dread korps also an artist would be great
I dont have the link myself but there was a steam thread listing all the lore thats been put together so far. As for the regiments youll have to ask them yourself. Maybe over on the foxhole discord or reddit

@@johnmacneill7489 as a note. Matt (dev who write much of the lore) has stated that the conflict in foxhole mirrors the Peloponnesian wars with wardens being similar to athens and the colonials sparta. Also theres plenty of other nations on the periphery of the main conflict so be creative!
