- Hello Friends, Today I will show you how to make kushboo idli at home. This is south Indian film actress Kushboo's favorite idli, that is why it is called kushboo idili. This idli pure white in color, that is why it is called Malligai Poo(Jasmine Flower) Idli as well.
Ingredients for South Indian Kushboo Idli
Raw White Rice/ Idli Dosa Rice 2 Cups
Urad Dal Half Cup
Fenugreek (Methi) Quarter teaspoon
Sago (Sabudana) Half Cup
Salt to Taste
