Hey AJ your manifestation methods are awesome. I've used two cup method for clear & glowing skin as I was suffering from many dark spots and cyst acne as well as few whiteheads (comedones) but after using it only ones on the second day it literally remove 2 darkspots actually they were under the skin but don't know how they came like a deadskin and that particular portion got clear I'll manifest from tomorrow till I get a clear skin.. I've used two cup method for clear & glowing skin as I was suffering from many dark spots and cyst acne as well as few whiteheads (comedones) but after using it only ones on the second day it literally remove 2 darkspots actually they were under the skin but don't know how they came like a deadskin and that particular portion got clear I'll manifest from tomorrow till I get a clear skin..

By water manifestation.?
1. Take a glass with some water. The container doesn’t have to be glass, it can be anything, plastic or whatever.
2. The container doesn’t have to be full of water.
3. Now hold the glass, take a look into the water and focus.
4. Do this when you're in a positive state of mind
5. Now say out your desire, intention looking at it. Don't say, I want. Say in present tense. For example "I have manifested, I have been manifesting, I am going to, I am getting"
6. Now repeat your desire for 5-10 times until you feel happiness inside yourself.
7. After you're done, be grateful to water, thank it. Then drink it.
8. While drinking it, try to feel that it's working on you instantly.
